BDC Cambodia fund raising skydive day!!

[wp_flickity id="2"]

November 18 2017, Coffs Skydivers and Bishop Druitt College are holding a fundraiser to raise money for children in Cambodia.

In December 2017, Year 11 students from Bishop Druitt College will travel to Cambodia for two weeks as a part of a community service school excursion. This trip has been running for many years and is part of the wonderful service tradition within our school community. The main objectives of the trip are to work with the Tabitha Foundation and to help build houses for local villagers.

In order to pay for the materials and local builders to construct fifteen houses the 31 students going on the trip need to raise $26,000. Students and teachers also assist with the construction of the home. This can be seen in the photograph of students who were involved in this project in 2016.

As a part of the fund raising efforts, Coffs Skydivers is offering all Bishop Druitt students, teachers, parents and friends a limited skydiving package including digital media for $450. We will donate $100 per skydive towards raising funds to support the children of Cambodia.

The goal is to raise $5000!
