Follow our social pages, and share a picture or mouthwatering description of your burger creation in the comments of our competition social posts.
Tag an ‘old mate’, and tell us why your burger would satisfy even the most daring skydiver!
Entries will be voted on with finalists chosen by a celebrity judge.
WIN a tandem skydive, be crowned the creator of the Ultimate Skydive Burger, and get YOUR burger on the official menu at Old Mate’s Burgers.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: The Ultimate Skydive Burger Competition

The promoters of this competition are Coffs Skydivers, located at 65 Albany Street, Coffs Harbour, and Old Mate’s Burgers, located at 1/163 Orlando St, Coffs Harbour.

The competition is open to all persons aged 16 years and above.

The competition will run from Tuesday 4th July 2023 to Monday 31st July 2023. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

To enter the competition, participants must follow the official social media pages of Coffs Skydivers and Old Mate’s Burgers. Participants must then share their ultimate skydive burger idea in the comments section of the designated competition posts. Only one entry per person per week will be accepted.

By entering the competition, participants grant Old Mate’s Burgers the right to use and feature their ideas for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to displaying the winning burger on the menu.

The winner of the competition will be chosen by a panel of judges selected by Old Mate’s Burgers. The judging criteria will include creativity, originality, and feasibility of the burger idea.

The winner will be announced on the official social media pages of Coffs Skydivers and Old Mate’s Burgers within one week after the competition closes. The winner will also be notified via direct message on the social media platform used for entry.

The winner will receive a tandem skydive voucher, subject to weather and the terms and conditions of the skydiving company. The skydive voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

The winner’s burger design will be featured on the menu of Old Mate’s Burgers for a limited period, subject to the approval of the management.

The promoters reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise that are beyond their control.

By participating in the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the promoters, which are final and binding in all matters related to the competition.

The promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are lost, delayed, damaged, or illegible, nor for any technical, network, or website errors that may occur.

Personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with any third parties.

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, any social media platform used for promotion.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the City of Coffs Harbour. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the NSW Local Court.

By entering this competition, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
